Am I connected to Nature?

In a way I do feel connected though I am not a fan of camping or hiking per se.  And I do like to stay in cabins or RV’s.  But I am happy if there is no TV.  I like nice easy hikes on paths through trees or along creeks and streams.

Instead of getting out into nature I like to find patches of nature where I am.  I like to stop and enjoy nature in the hustle and bustle of urban living.

  1. I understand you, even if I don’t share your opinion about the connection with Nature. You are obviously connected with nature because you like feeling close to it but at the same time you enjoy comfort. But to me, there’s a difference between easy accessible nature and wilderness. If its easily accessible that means nature has been modified by humans (roads, tracks, installations), and is not nature in its first meaning. Just a thought 😀
Wow, that’s a massive RV by the way! I’m from Europe and we would never see such a thing over here 😀

  2. And yes sorry to double post, I forgot to conclude that I think you’d feel more connected to Nature if you’re alone int he wild with primitive equipment than next to infrastructures and urban comfort 🙂
